Mazmaker Dashboard provides a read-only advertising analytics dashboard that displays campaign performance data retrieved from third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) via their official APIs.

• The Service is intended for marketing professionals and agencies to monitor ad campaign results.
• The Service does not create, modify, pause, or delete any advertising campaigns or assets.
• All data displayed is sourced from the advertising platforms you authorize.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate any third-party platform terms, including Meta, Google, or TikTok developer policies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or interfere with other users.
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

The Service connects to third-party advertising APIs on your behalf using OAuth 2.0 authorization. By connecting an advertising account, you authorize Mazmaker Dashboard to retrieve read-only performance data from that account. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the respective platform settings or within the Service.

Mazmaker Dashboard is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including API changes, data unavailability, or account suspension.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Service are the property of Mazmaker Dashboard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mazmaker Dashboard does not guarantee that data retrieved from advertising platforms is complete, accurate, or error-free. Advertising platform APIs may have delays, discrepancies, or outages outside our control.

Mazmaker Dashboard is not liable for any business decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazmaker Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
